Dear DASC Member,

Due to a maintenance power outage at our hosting site, the Stanford
University Center for Integrated Systems, dasc.org will be shut down
from shortly before 08:00 Pacific Standard Time until after 17:00 (5:00
PM) Pacific Standard Time on Friday, 27 December 2002. No services
(email, web, ftp, etc.) will be available during that time, although you
may send email to the DASC mailing lists during that time and it will be
queued until dasc.org comes back online.

I have updated the dasc.org web page with this same information.
