Dear DASC Members,
This project is nearing the end of its normal life. Because of business
conditions, those originally working on it were forced to withdraw.
Unless someone steps forward to continue the work, it will be withdrawn.
Please let me know by 28 January if you wish to chair this effort or
know of someone who wishes to chair this effort.
