effort to enhance and revise the IEEE 1076 VHDL language to better meet the=

needs of designers today and the next several years.  The organizing g=

seeks EDA vendors, semiconductor suppliers, electronic systems designers an=

academia to participate.   Informational meetings and technical =

meetings are planned to be held the same week as DVCon in San Jose, Califor=
nia =

and the DATE conference in Munich, Germany.
In keeping with IEEE practice and mandate to=

broad set of people to participate in updates and enhancements of IEEE =

standards, we send this email message to you.  The two informational =

meetings will be held at the DVCon and DATE conference locations and requir=

physical attendance.  The first technical meeting will offer a web =

broadcast of the presentation and audio access via a teleconference =
