Dennis,

I did so in my comments on the DASC WG Model Procedures which I sent on
11/9/03 and again today. I did not see it come back to me from
stds-dasc@eda.org although I sent it to that address. I attach it here to
you, and again to stds-dasc@eda.org. How come it does not seem to get
through to stds-dasc@eda.org? I also sent it to Peter.
The comment is in the attached word file. See section 3.1 in my attached
word document. Please confirm your receipt.
