[UPDATE] IEEE 1603 Call for Nominations for Officer Positions

Dear colleagues,

  As Returning Officer for the IEEE 1603 election, I am writing to update you on the nomination status. At this moment, we have one nomination which has been accepted for Chairman and no nominations yet for Vice Chairman or Secretary.

  Nominations remain open for all positions and are scheduled to close at 5PM, Friday, May 21, 2004.

   Chairman: Wolfgang Roethig
   Vice Chairman: OPEN
   Secretary: OPEN

As a reminder, nominees for all positions shall be members of DASC. Nominees for Chair and Vice-Chair shall also be members of any grade of the IEEE and a member of the IEEE-SA. A nominee can accept nomination for at most one position.

You do not have to be a voting member of the 1603 ALF Working Group to make a nomination.

Please forward nominations to me by email by 5PM PDT, Friday May 21, 2004. I will acknowledge receipt of each nomination and verify eligibility of the nominee.
