Re: DASC Appeal

Dear Ron:

I do not doubt a second that Sue Voegel agreed with what you told her.
Since we do not know what exactly you told her we do not know 'with
what she agreed with. It also seems that you already report on behalf
of DASC to people inside the IEEE. If however the letter you mention
was not a complete report, I doubt that Sue Voegel was fully informed
about the appeal process, not that it matters.

I note that the fact that we are OK according to the IEEE rules,
we might have violated a few rules of the DASC already.

In particular you seem to have been nominated by the
Secretary, repeat the Secretary of the DASC.
Did the Secretary of the DASC have the right to
nominate you?
Was the nomination valid after you was the only to congratulate the
RO for his good work" ?

I think we can fix the validity of your nomination.
I reserve the right to have some body on your committee
who did not already made his mind.

Kind regards,

Alex Zamfirescu
