BVDL: the Bird's-eye View for Design Languages

Attached is a document that will be discussed by Satoshi Kojima of NEC System Technologies at the February 25 DASC meeting. This is a "Bird's-eye View for Design Languages" ("BVDL") that has been developed by the EDA Technical Committee of JEITA under the leadership of Ichiro Yamamoto of OKI Semiconductor.
